Leveraging the advanced security technologies of Function X and Infineon, particularly through the SECORA™ Blockchain security solution, the p(x)Card functions as an intuitive self-custody hardware wallet accommodating multiple blockchain networks. Notably, the p(x)Card embodies the private key concept—ensuring that users’ security credentials remain within the card and offline, akin to traditional cold storage wallets, thus eliminating complex configurations.

This device facilitates cryptocurrency transactions and NFT storage via the accompanying p(x)Card app or the XPOS point-of-sale platform developed by Pundi X Labs. This integration of cryptocurrencies and NFTs into a single card is noteworthy.

Utilizing NFC technology, users can efficiently authorize crypto payments with the p(x)Card. The hardware wallet is reinforced by Infineon’s well-established security chip, which incorporates Integrity Guard technology and adheres to Global Platform Secure Channel Protocol 03 (SCP03) for secure authentication and encrypted communications.

The p(x)Card App offers comprehensive management capabilities for both cryptocurrencies and NFTs, allowing users to:
